Terms of Service - Roblox Watcher

These terms govern Roblox Watcher and Exploit Watcher - Discord moderation bots and their associated APIs. By inviting or using either service you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, remove the bot immediately and cease use.

1 - Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by Discord in your country.

2 - Use of the Bots & Services

Use is restricted to lawful moderation purposes only.
Exploitation, abuse, or tampering with bot functions is strictly prohibited.
The bots identify users linked to condo or exploit servers using internal datasets.
Actions taken by the bot are based on available data and may not be perfect.

3 - API Keys & Access

Public Key: ROBLOXWATCHERFREEKEY - available for testing with global daily limits (150 requests/day).

Personal Keys: Sign in with Discord on the Dashboard for private keys granting 100,000 requests per day (resets at midnight UTC). Keys expire after 1 year.

API access is provided at the service owners' discretion.
Keys are subject to instant revocation without prior notice.
Fair use is enforced; violations result in permanent termination of access.

4 - Global Banlist & Moderation

Banlists are maintained centrally for server protection.
Users cannot manually modify the global banlist.
Appeals must be submitted to the official support Discord; all decisions are final.
We provide specific server evidence for each flagged account.

5 - Data Collection & Usage

We collect the following data to operate the service:

Discord IDs, usernames, and nicknames
Server and channel IDs, timestamps
Banlist records, whitelist entries, and moderation logs
Bot configuration settings and command prefix data

Data is used for moderation enforcement, logging, abuse prevention, and service optimization. You may request one-time data deletion via the /privacy command.

6 - Disclaimer of Warranties

The bots and APIs are provided "as is" with no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We disclaim all responsibility for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7 - Termination

Servers or users violating these terms face infrastructure blocking without warning.
You may remove the bot from your server at any time to terminate your use of the service.

8 - Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
